Little Free Library News Rack Project

Take a Book, Return a Book, Share a Book!

The Arts Alliance of Southern Indiana has launched The Little Free Library Program, a program that converts old street newspaper distribution boxes into little free libraries that are placed in neighborhoods and cities in Floyd, Clark, and Harrison counties. The boxes are designed and created by local artists.  AASI then supplies community members from our underprivileged areas with books, art materials and nonperishable food items.

Our mission and wish at AASI is to encourage more children to read and promote literacy throughout Southern Indiana. Our free little library boxes are stocked with books, art supplies, and non-perishable food items.
